to answer your questions : 1. I don't like Anhui Hotel, Hefei, it is on the hill top and no taxi go up there and you need to walk down hill to catch one. Reception is useless and incompetent even though I speak mandarin to them. I definitely would not stay there again. 2. I am very happy with the booking service offered by your booking centre. I have used your service many times and I will continue to use your service. I would suggest you include more 5 star hotels in all the cities that you cover, especially those located in the downtown area. These are the popular areas where visitors would like to stay. I also have an incidence when I specified that I want a non-smoking room and your staff booked a smoking room for me. Luckily I was able to change that at the point of checking in. I have stayed at the Anhui Hotel, Hefei one month ago. Hotel location was great and just in the bank of a river. The room was clean with excellent views and I like it very much. The television inside my room was out of fashion and seems to be the product of last century. Besides, the facilities of the bathroom were outdated and need to be undated. The staff at the reception seemed not very familiar with the hotel. Really poor breakfast! I do not like it and do not want to try it any more. However, the low room rate really comforted me. Your TCG booking service is highly appreciated. I wish my suggestions to the hotel will reach the hotel and get their attention. The exterior of the Grand Hotel Overseas Traders Club, Hefei looks extremely magnificent and beautiful. We were very pleased to stay at the hotel for about one week. The hotel was well-equipped and the design of the hotel was given careful attention to details. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we really like it. The hotel location was not very good and we arrived at the hotel by taxi. The service was not as good as what we had expected. In a word, the hotel is ok and we enjoyed our stay.
