I have been traveling in China 2 to 4 times a year since 2002 until this coming visit in June. Almost all hotel bookings have been made through TCG. In Beijing, Xi'an, Changchun, Dalian ( Made by phone from Changchun, arranged within an hour!!!!! ). It is difficult to give you any suggestions on how to improve your service....TCG is the best! Most likely I'll be in China sometime in September as well. You will know when and where, for sure :0)

I have used TravelChinaGuide services previously and have found the service to be good. The thing that stands out for me is the helpfulness of your staff. On our recent trip to China we were trying to find an addition stay in a hotel in Guangzhou during the Trade Fair. Even though there were no hotels available through yourselves (and your staff tried many many hotels for us and called us back promptly) your staff were able to give us a phone number of a hotel who were able to have us for 6 hours in the afternoon to enable us to do some final shopping before our evening flight from Guanghzhou airport.
