I was very satisfied with the hotel service, especially the hospitality of the hotel staff. Most of them can speak English very well. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist found my reservation with TravelChinaguide easily, she was efficient and also because I showed the hotel voucher provided by TCG with me. Then, another hotel staff kindly led me to my reserved room- one suite. Thus, I had no problem for my check in. Only one problem is that the hotel room is not clean, maybe because I checked into the hotel too early- 10:00am.
