Location was great. It's quite near to the ancient city. And the hotel was built beside the Lake with three sides facing it. It was great to have a walk along the lake after dinner. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from my window was great. Hotel staffs were very helpful and courteous. I was treated as VIP and I enjoyed this feeling very much. This resort hotel is within a 5-minute walk to Ancient Town. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. You can have a quite and peaceful stroll in the morning on the lake front. Breakfast is mainly Chinese style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think it is very good value for the money. Dear Miss Zhao/Mr Li, My experience with TCG has been very good and satisfying. Browsing your website has been pleasure. The information has been useful, but can be improved with the inclusion of more hotels, transportation modes(bus, rail) were not sufficient or detailed enough. For example, such information for Zhujiajiao was lacking. Booking the hotels through TCG has been easy through email and the internet. I was very pleased that my confirmation with credit card details and signature which I sent to TCG was accepted by email, as I do not have a fax machine with me. The hotels that we booked through TCG, Yunting of Zhouzhuang and Motel168 of Suzhou were fair value for money. Motel168 is getting rundown, with the bathroom looking a little dirty.
